Why, yes, I would like to get married in this dress, Proenza Schouler…

I just wish I could go try it on somewhere instead of ordering it sight unseen…

In other news, we’re no closer to booking a venue – the one place we were interested in turned out to be kind of a bust. We’ve got some other things in mind though, so hopefully I’ll have some fun information to share soon!

Hope everyone had a great holiday!

Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone has a great day with friends and loved ones!

Alexander Wang Jacket via La Garconne

It hits all my weak spots: Alexander Wang, jacket, futuristic. But at that price point, I’d have to trim about 6 or 7 people off our guest list, and I don’t know if they’d be comforted by the fact that I have an awesome new jacket.

If anyone in my family is secretly an oil magnate, now’s the time to come forward. Don’t be shy!

It’s Official…

I’m off the market!

Ken, you are great! 🙂

Now, to figure out how to plan and pay for a wedding in NYC on a budget that is normally dedicated to chairs and shoes. Good thing I bought those boots before I got engaged!
